A preorder is when you purchase an item before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later.
WHEN WILL I GET MY PREORDER?
Moon City Hollow runs on a timeline that is updated below. As soon as I recieve the product from my manufacturer and have deemed them good for sale, I will ship them out to you.
WHY DO YOU DO PREORDERS?
I do preorders so I can offer a wider range of products and characters without taking on the financial burden of ordering a bunch of product that have the potential of not selling well. This way I only order the products I have sold and have the money to do so.

Preorder period- accepting orders to gauge interest.If samples are required for this order, I will order them at this point.
Mid June:
Recieveing Samples - If edits need to be made then I will make those and decide if another sample needs to be done or place the final order.
Early July:
Product is recieved.
Late July/ Early August:
Preorders are shipped out.
Current Status: Waiting on final product delivery!
